These terms apply when you use the JothidaConnect website and apps ("the service"), operated by slakitservices ("we"). By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

JothidaConnect is a platform that connects customers with independent astrologers for chat and voice consultations. Astrologers provide their own opinions and guidance.

2. No guaranteed results; not professional advice

We and our astrologers do not guarantee any result, outcome or accuracy from a consultation, chart, horoscope, prediction or remedy. This includes outcomes concerning marriage, relationships, career, finance, health or family.

Astrology consultations offer guidance and perspective. They do not replace medical, legal, financial or mental health advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters, and contact emergency services if you are in danger. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information, including your birth details, because your chart is prepared from them.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Wallet and payments

• Recharges of ₹50 to ₹50,000 are processed by Cashfree Payments, and the amount you pay is added to your wallet.
• Consultations are charged per minute at the astrologer's rate, shown before you start. The first minute is charged at the start.
• You need balance for at least 5 minutes to start a consultation, and it ends automatically if your balance runs out.
• Minutes packages are paid from your wallet and can be used with any astrologer.
• Wallet balance has no cash value outside the service and cannot be transferred.
• Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or send unlawful or sexually explicit content;
• share personal contact details in a consultation, or arrange consultations or payments outside the service;
• impersonate someone else, misuse payments, or interfere with the service.

We check chat and voice messages for contact details and misuse, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Availability

Astrologers choose when they are available, and the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a consultation, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
